The second series of online training sessions was about the ‘Basics of Spatial Data Infrastructures’.
These training sessions took place from January 24-26 2022. These sessions was focusing on several SDI topics, such as SDI standards, metadata (catalogues) and portals,
web services, data models and specifications, SDI governance, business and funding models, SDI evaluations
and assessment and SDI usage.
The sessions was taught by experienced staff members from KU Leuven, Bochum University of Applied
Sciences and Novogit.
